How much percent do you over provision your Samsung SSD 840 Pro?

LOL, seriously? so what's all this hype I read about over provisioning and that its the magic of Samsung's software?

PS: When I was speaking to Kingston Tech Support about my previous HyperX 3K SSD 480 GB they told me no need to overprovision as the SSD itself knows how to handle this

All SSDs handle this themselves, you don't need to be messing with overprovisioning unless you know you need to.

I over provision about 20%. You can also not fill up your drive, but I think partitioning makes it easier. If your SSD is full, its performance goes down and isn't consistent.
