My specialties are desserts....pastries, homemade croissants, filled cakes, meringues, tortes, cheesecakes (I make a wicked white chocolate raspberrry cheesecake). Fortunately for my hips, by the time I'm done baking them, I have no interest in eating any of it.

*Nick, ziti is a pasta dish - the pasta is slightly bigger than macaroni, with a tomato sauce and usually topped with melted cheese. Very yummy. 🙂

Thanks, right with you. Sounds like my mom and dad although I always thought she was holding back because she didnt like to clean either.

NICKDAKICK

With a name like that you never heard of Ziti?

Don Soprano would be very upset.

TBM not just kidding, but no offense intended(it's a fact). Have to do the cleaning myself(happily married BTW), so I learned to do cleaning while I'm cooking.

CGPM's and e-mail very welcome

cxim same to you. I've been to Italy bout 15 times, speak Italian too but never heard anything like this(ziti). If the Don will be angry I'll gladly admit I've tasted it and it was great. 😉
