How much of the web is filtered at your work place?

So far I've only run into trouble with pics.bbzzdd.com. Of course I haven't tried the pr0n. Pretty much everything else seems open here, YouTube, FB, ATOT, etc. Yours?

Up until a week ago, almost everything. I told them I can't work like that so they made me an Admin. :)
Now nothing is filtered.

Absolutely everything outside the company website and AT Forums are blocked for us. Only reason why AT is allowed is, our head IT guy is a big fan of this place and posts here often.

I can't even google shit from work. :(

At least I got ATOT though!

surprisingly, most of the tech sites are unblocked, but if its gaming sites (joystiq, kotaku, xbox360fanboy, gamasutra, etc), they'll be blocked.

Sometimes it seems that way heh. I'm used to it now though, although I wish the forums moved at a faster pace.

I can't look at tentacle hentai.

pics.bbzzdd.com is blocked.

Also, any sites that are bandwidth intensive like YouTube or streaming online radio, they are all blocked.

Also, DeviantArt is blocked.

Pretty strict.

All web traffic is proxied; can't get to forums, Digg, YouTube, social networking sites, no external email accounts, etc.

All other protocols are blocked, no ICMP, RDP, SSH, Telnet, etc.

It's a bank.

None for me and a few other "special" people. Otherwise the bluecoats filter anything not work appropriate.

used to be completely unfiltered. now websense is installed.. it only censors firefox and IE. i use opera. The sites I normally frequent aren't blocked by websense though.

I am in charge of the WebSense web filtering server at work. We filter social network sites, porn and gambling. We only filter social networking because of MySpace. Management decided to go on a MySpace witch hunt and wanted it blocked. Originally I just blocked the URL to only discover that myspace has multiple URLs. I got sick and tired of the daily phone calls from HR about hearing that people still have access to Myspace. I just blocked the entire category and the problem was fixed. Bandwidth isn't really a issue since I work for a ISP and we have a OC-48 pipe and I have gigabit connection to this pipe for the IT network.

none whatsoever, although since we're all on thin clients connected to app servers, streaming video/sound comes out super crappy (one or the other is ok, but both at the same time is really bad).

it's loosely monitored by our internal IT department, but I only know of one instance where someone got in trouble for it -- an overnight unix tech support guy in London was downloading insane amounts of porn... gigs upon gigs upon gigs. he was warned, he kept on with the ridiculous bandwidth usage, and then he was fired. also seems like a safe assumption just to stay away from BT/usenet/etc

I knew a guy who moderates some porn site while on the clock, though, and no one's ever said anything to him about it.

main thing is streaming video/audio. also anything relating to games. (super annoying, it's not like gamespot/ign/joystiq is worse than ESPN, but I guess more people would complain if sports sites were blocked). i assume warez and porn and shit are blocked too, but i usually don't run into that. (sometimes when I click a link posted here I get the 'adult content' message though. need to learn to stop clicking links here.) some social network things are and some aren't -- I think Livejournal is blocked, but not Facebook. Never tried Myspace.
