I've posted my resume out on some jobs boards and got this email. It seems like a total scam and no way would I ever consider doing this.

We analyzed your resume and see you as a potential candidate of our organization.
You may learn about organization business activity on our site. We'd like to offer you the Financial Manager job.
You may also hold a job in a other organization as our vacancy won't occupy a lot of time.

* Well-timed encashment of the checks drawn on your name
* Monthly report under performed operations
* Work efficiency

Financial manager position obligations:

* 2-4 hours of free time per week

* every transaction's commission is not less than 10% (out of cashed check sum or out of sum entered to your account).

Shouldn't have taken too much sense to try googling...

The opening paragraph brings these results:

http://www.google.com/search?s...occupy+a+lot+of+time.+

Where you'll find this:

http://www.phishbucket.org/main/content/view/4447/

Nearly word for word, the same as yours.

Then, googling the name and company at the end of the email brings this:

http://www.google.com/search?h...G=Search&aq=f&oq=&aqi=

And this:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/Em...rew-hakes-po-897x6.htm

Again, NEARLY identical, the only significant difference being the name of the company.

I hate to break it to you, but if you have a resume posted on Career Builder, you're gonna get more offers like this than you will REAL job offers. In two weeks, I got something like 10 "offers" just about the same as this. Minor differences, but most included a link for me to enter my personal information, for a "credit check" or something similar.

Run...very far and very fast...and take your resume off of Career Builder.

Here's the things I'd say point it out as a scam:

1. Requirements for the Financial manager position:

* Well-timed encashment of the checks drawn on your name

2. Financial manager position obligations:

* 2-4 hours of free time per week

3. Financial manager position payment:

* the first probation month - $1600 (it'll grow up to $2500 in future)

So, basically, for 2 to 4 hours of your time per month, they're going to pay you $1600?? Man, I'd love to get paid $400-$800 per hour!! Add to that the requirement that you cash your checks in a timely manner (and the guess that your $1600 check will actually be written for $3000, can you please send us back the $1400 difference??), pretty much spells scam.

Just don't label it a Nigerian scam, you know how sensitive they've become about that!!
