How much of a performance increase will going to 2GB be for my system?

I've been thinking, as I churn through thousands of large RAW photos and 16-bit TIFF files in Photoshop CS2, that I should probably be running with 2GB instead of 1. How much of a real increase will I see with the system in my sig? I am a very serious semi-pro photographer, so I shoot a lot of shots, and process almost all of them in 16-bit format (after RAW conversion).

Worth the $80 to upgrade?

After a hard day's photoshopping open up the task manager and go to performance, then look at "peak" in the bottom left corner. If that's larger than 1GB then you'd benifit from having more RAM. If it's over 1.5GB then you really, really need more RAM. If it's only just a little over 1GB then the benifit won't be huge.
