How much more efficent would you be at work if you gave up ATOT?

Tis true. I've always been a model employee, sometimes clocking 90 hour weeks to get things done, but after the pitiful raise I was just given, kiss doing anything that isn't under my job description goodbye.

I run stuff in a lab. I always finish the amount i'm supposed to run each day. I only go here if there is a lull and there is nothing to do.
