started at $15.00/hour
dropped to $14.63 + 6% differential, so technically I make slightly more, at about $15.50/hour.

Been with current employer only 6 weeks and my wage went up by 12%.

I'm up 385.9% since I stated out on this career path.

22% after 3 years. Meh. The 1st year raise was huge cuz I was below market rate FTL. Pretty much at the middle of the curve though since. *shrug*

started at 29, now at 41+ OT

thats over 7.5 years, not alot of big raises in government, 41%? or does my math suck?

thats cost of living adjustments + 5% longevity for not getting canned 🙄

start a new job in late august though, making 54

considering the 15% pay cut they made us take? After 10 years I'm barely above what I started at... those m'fuggers. It's comfy though.

One 2% annual increase and one 2.5%-ish merit increase. Overall, about an extra grand a year.

1yr 2 months at current job.
Pay is the same now as it was when I started.
The entire company's been on a wage freeze for awhile.

Just under 50% more in 4.5 years. That was without a raise in 2009; 4 promotions and 3 performance raises. I should get another promotion early next year and then also qualify for quarterly bonuses; last year they were very significant.

Only been at my current job 4 months but since I'm a consultant I have a plan mapped out on certs to pursue in the next 18 months. With each cert I get a bump in pay. If I follow the plan I'll make 13% more than I do now by the end of next year.

Since my company will reimburse travel, training, and other expenses to get the certs I'd say that's a pretty good deal.

Wow, just calculated it out and it's 42%.

Never even realized it 😛

But I was promoted to higher level after my first year and have received decent raises usually as well.

I'm really hoping for a promoting next review also.
