10 years ago all banks had coin counting machines. if you banked there, they'd count for free. then those assholes from coinstar came along and people would rather pay money to have their change counted than use the bank for free. wtf.

I've never had a bank with a coin counter, I don't think they like dealing with that much change. When living in vegas I could just separate it and bring it to a casino, bada-bing.

Odd, any of the banks I've used I've never seen a coin counter. They will take the coins if they are rolled, but otherwise there was no machine.

pics?

also location and address, along with the gate code and your garage door opener. Do you have a lock pick or should i bring mine?

I'm going to sound like a dumbass, but what's a good site to upload pics to? I've never had a reason to look into it. Also, I was wrong about how full it was. The box is on the top shelf of my computer desk, and I was looking at the front of it when I made my initial reply. I guess the quarters slumped forward from the last time I counted them. It's probably more like 2-2.5 inches from the top, but I know for a fact it's over $650. I should probably write down how much is in it instead of recounting every once in a while. I never carry cash anymore, so it might take a really long time to fill. Anyone want to donate some quarters? 😀
