You might be better off opening a gourmet coffee shop in an affluent area that lacks one. You make mad $$$$, have fun, meet interesting (mostly wealthy) people, make good connections , and it's easy to run. You can work the morning (when most of the money comes in, and hire one person to run it from like 1-4or so. Open Sundays for like 4-5 hours and take monday off if you wanna. I like the idea of workin' 7-1 every day.
The key is finding a nice small building in a good location (busy street with thru traffic, maybe near an industrial park or near the gateway to a shoppin plaza), buy it and fix it up to look like a european cafe..
Of course, if you can handle a dunkin donuts, and have the financial backing, that's a no-brainer.
