How much less money would you take to not be On Call?

How much less money would you take not to be on call?

I get to be on call from time to time with no increase in pay; it was considered part of the job when I accepted the offer. However, it's not a big deal because the job pays very well without being too stressful.. :)

What's on call? We have development and QA resources in India, China, and Ireland. If I'm on a project with offshore resources it pretty much means I am working in some capacity unless I'm asleep.
