[(your current MHz) - (stock MHz)]/(stock MHz)

mine:

(2.34-1.6)*100/1.6= 46%

please round up to nearest 10

Tavis I think you should get some PC4000 Memory to get a better overclock because 3.3 out of 3GHz isn't too good of a overclock.

Meh, 3.3 isn't so bad. He's running the same overclock as I on the same CPU. We also have similar mobo's, but I'm running mine on a P4C800-E Deluxe. I have pc4000 memory in mine, but what is limiting my overclock is a wildly variable Vcore coming from the mobo. It's a problem inherent in some P4c800-E Deluxes (perhaps in Travis' board, too) that can be remedied by doing one or two volt mods to the mobo, but darn it if I'm going to do some soldering (which I've never done before, and would probably screw up anyway) on a board that shouldn't have this problem in the first place.

I've been trying to decide whether I should do that very thing or not. I'm not sure how much $ I could get for this Mushkin DDR400 RAM I've already got. Whatever I get from that, I could put towards the DDR500 RAM, and then have a better overclock. The only thing is, even when I underclock my RAM so that its not the bottleneck anymore, my CPU gives me the "blue screen of death" at 3.5 GHz when running Prime95. I'm not sure if its because I don't have enough wattage flowing to it (400-watt Antec), if the V-Core just needs to be increased some, or if I just have a not so good overclocking CPU.
