You people that are saying 50$ really have no clue, huh? :p

Think about it. A 5.5gb laptop HD is $40-55$, 450MHz mobile processor is 35$, cdrom is 25$, 64mb laptop ram is 35$, floppy is 10$, modem/NIC is 25$.

That's 170 - 195 right there. Then you add the rest of the laptop, ac adapter, etc.. 250$ isn't unreasonable.

If you sold it here on the FS forums, you'd prolly max out at $150-200. eBay would get you closer to 300.

I bought a 300mhz lappy recently for $75, so it the one you're talking about wouldn't be worth much to me personally. (Heck, I bought a 17" LCD for $175... I'm getting good at this. Bwahahahahah!)

64mb? thats good for running win95 max. and laptops with their inability to be user serviced in any real way really depreciate fast. any one part that dies from wear and tear can render a laptop completely useless. in other words, its used, it drops to near worthless. i have a laptop from 3 years ago and its not as lousy as his, he musta gotten in cheap even back then. i'd say 50 dollars. its more or less useless for any real use, someone might use it as a tinker tweak toy. you'll be lucky if someone wants it for scrap parts. that hd probably spits out 5mb/s max. ack.
