I'm going to help my friend sell it as he has two desktops now and only needs one. Was thinking I would do it locally since the case is massive (I am also in Canada). Purchased from NCIX a couple years ago so I'm just copying from the receipt.

Now, right now there's no OS on it, and the videocard is a relatively ancient Radeon X800. I was thinking it would be worth it to pick up a Radeon 5750 or 5770 for a more appropriate card, and perhaps Windows 7.
