How much is this comic book worth?

How much is Xmen Unlimited #1 autographed by the artist worth? I picked it up a few years ago from a reputable dealer (it's numbered and has a COA).. The condition is very good if not mint.. here are some pics

Also, it's hard to take a picture of a comicbook in a mylar case- the condition is very good but it looks like crap because of all the reflections.

Looks kind of beat up. The bag looks kind of old. Has it been rated? It isn't mint, and I don't know what a "mind" quality would be.

why has comic book drop in price so drastically ? i remember they use to be expensive... any clue ? baseball cards as well.. thanks

I believe that the cover artist is different from the regular artist.

If you want to make money off of comics I think the best way to go is to buy runs of silver age, break them up, and sell individually or in smaller runs. Make sure you can get fine or better (preferably 9.0+). A friend of mine recently made a decent amount by doing this.

Same reason stamps after around 1949 are pretty much worthless. They printed too many of them. Back during the comic boom days everyone thought that comics were going to be a great investment and bought lots of them. Thus, the comic industry printed lots of them and many of the same comics with different covers. Part of what makes the collector want to pay big money for the stamp or comic is that it's rare, but they just printed too much, so it's no longer rare.
