How much is "cost" for a CD

At best buy employees discount is that you get everything at "cost" plus tax

So how much is a CD?

More importantly how much is one of those plasma TV's 😉

when i worked at media play we got 35% off of MSRP. so we in effect saved about a dollar to 3 dollars on most cd's. (btw that was only the cd discount...we recieved different discounts for different things)

It isnt cost plus tax, Joyride, at least not here in AZ. they have different price brackets for different items. It all depends on how in-demand the product is and how much of a profit BB gets on it top begin with.

All I know is car audio/car electronics are maaaaaaaaaad discount to employees...
