How much heat?

I need to figure out how many watts a system will produce. I only need to know what the MB, CPU, RAM, and Video card will put out. My system is a GA-8KNXP, ARI 9700 OC'd, 2x CORSAIR 512MB PC-3500C2, and a highly OC'd P4 2.4c. How do I calculate or test this? A ball park figure, a web page... anything would be much appreciated. I've spent hours searching the internet will no luck.

Thanks for the info but that's not really what I was looking for. I need to know the watt outputs so I can figure the total heat the system is venting. Then I can determine various cooling factors.

What I'm really looking for is how much of the wattage going into each of my components is turned into heat.

Sorry for being vague.
