The most amount of money you have won on the lottery? It can be scratch cards etc.

What have you spend it on after?

Let's begin :)

The most I've won was £15 on the lottery. Then I treated my best freind and I at Starbucks lol o_O

You?

$50 on a $5 scratch off. I spent it on $10 more in tickets and a dinner with my wife.

My Mom hit $100k with 10 other people. She paid off the rest of her mortgage with it.

My Grandpa hit a $400k one on a pick six IL state one. No clue what he did with it. He's one of the most frugal people I know.

$200 yesterday, I sold about $700 in winners at my store yesterday. People who play win 100% more often than people who don't.

Amazing story actually. Back in 1991, I was studying to be a radiographer. I needed "medical shoes" for my uniform, and they cost $80. I HAD to have the shoes, so I basically wrote a check and prayed it would take 5 days to show up at my bank so my paycheck could cover it.

After buying the shoes, I had $2 in my wallet, and figured "what the hell." I bought 2 scratch-off tickets on the way out, and...I kid you not...I won $80.

That's the most I've ever won and the closest I've been to divine intervention :D

My other lottery story involves my grandma in 1984. She played the same lotto numbers every week for 2 years. One week in July, she had the flu and couldn't leave her apartment. She didn't play her numbers....and of course they all came up. She missed out on $4 million dollars :(

I once took $50 and bought a string of $1 scratchers, and let it ride looking for a big win, I ended up going for 123 tickets before it was done. Nothing bigger than 10 bux though. It was fun. The most common winner was 2.00 and Ticket wins.

My Grandpa-in-law won $13.8 million (or was it $14.8 million? was like 15 years ago).

He lost it all "investing". Realistically there is still a few million his surviving wife has, but since my dad divorced I won't see a cent anyway.

I went to check a lotto ticket for my parents once, and they won a grand. I've personally won nothing but maybe a free ticket. I don't buy a ticket that often though. I probably should.

I've won $100 on mega millions and $100 on a scratch ticket before.
Total I couldn't even come close to my win/loss numbers.

Enough to buy a cow, but not enough to buy two cows. :(

I've purchased one lottery ticket (Powerball, $2) and I won $7 on it. The lottery has a lifetime return rate of 350% for me. There's your investment pro-tip of the day.

I lost count of how much I'm out. I don't know why I'm still playing.

$100 on Powerball once and $20 on a slot machine. That would be it.

It's been years since I last bought a ticket, possibly not even this century.

I won $3 once. Woohoo! I didn't do anything special with my windfall.

$0. "Gotta bet it to get it" as the old OLG commercials used to say. Being at zero is still better than most lottery players, who are well into the negatives.

well around here you can buy/play tickets on line (government lotto)
and if you win they email you. any prize up to 9999.99 is placed in your
"wallet" from that you can direct deposit to bank acct.

You are happy when you see that email "you have won a prize" "it has been deposited
to your wallet" but what you want to see is "Big Win" as then its over 10k

sunday may 5 will be 3 wks since i got that email. You have won..blah blah. transfered to wallet....figured. woo won another dollar...

so 3 days later i log in to deposit more funds to buy tickets and do a double take..
holy crap - wallet balance $1000.00

got myself a Canon PowerShot SX50 HS camera and saved the rest.
