$0.00. I bought about 10 DVD's right after I got my player, but I am officially done with buying DVD's, unless it is something I absolutely have to have (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future. George are you listening?).
How much $$$ have you spent on DVD's so far in 2001??
I don't know about 2001 but since 1999 I have spent roughly 268 DVDs x $7.50 per DVD average = $2,010.00 Yikes!
Since the good 'ole gravy train days are gone (Reel.com, $2.24 for The Matrix shipped) my average cost per DVD is slowly creeping upwards instead of staying where it should be!
Why is my average cost per DVD so low? It's all thanks to the DVD Bargains experts over at DVDTalk.com without them I'd be a sucker paying $19.95 per DVD thinking "ooh it's on sale!".
NFS4 - You should consider listing all your DVDs on DVDProfiler.com or DVDTracker.com
No prob, thanks for all your car input and showing me the light about PDA's (Compaq iPaq). I do have one request though, if you do sign up with one of those please let us know which one and why. DVDTracker started it all but charges $10/year I believe. DVDProfiler is free I think. $10/year isn't a big deal for me I'd prefer whichever has a better format because it ain't easy keeping track of 260+ DVDs.
