I know more about Hot Deals lingo than I've ever wanted to know (YMMV, IR, MIR, AR, AC, CSR, B&M, FASQ, etc.). It's sad that I know what ALL of that means.

Also, I've learned a lot about how much working in IT sucks. I'm sorry, but I really do have pity for anyone who has to deal with people who don't know about computers, but want everything handed to them. I never want to work as an IT admin.
