28 saltine crackers

1 green pepper

1 bunch of romaine lettuce

18 baby carrots

1 can of sprite

1 nutrigrain bar

2 pieces of bread

2 pieces of cheese

10 tortilla chips




thats all Ive been able to eat in the last 168 hours (7 days)

3.5 cups of Oatmeal
42 oz. of orange juice

12 chicken breasts
1 pound of salmon
14 slices of bread

7 cans of tuna
7 tablespoons of honey mustard
4 cups of Fiber One

1.5 gallons of No-Fat milk
1 gallon of iced green tea / splenda
4 liters of Minute Maid Light Lemonade
14 oz. of espresso

1 jar of Planters lightly salted peanuts
1 bag of Baby green leaf Spinach
50 cherry tomatoes

Weight Room: 3 times a week for 90 minutes.

Cardio: Running 21 to 28 miles a week, 6 or 7 days.

I've been going on about a 1000 to 1500 calorie diet every day with 2 hours of pickup basketball mixed in. Thankfully I have lost 0 pounds. Go metabolism. This is going to take forever.
