how much graphics memory matters?

can anyone tell me between
One GB AMD Radeon HD 8750M
Two GB AMD Radeon HD 7670M
which graphics card is better?

What type of memory? 2GB would be nicer to have than 1GB, but also GDDR5 would be better than GDDR3, too.

The 8750 is a faster GPU, but if the one you're looking at is GDDR3, and the 7670M is GDDR5, the 7670M could actually be better, overall.
