How much gmail have you used? Pollness included.

Just kidding about being down 😉

But seriously folks, answer some questions! I was checking my usually mail accounts and realized how much gmail space i have actually used. It's been almost a year since i had it. I was curious to know where every body else is.

Keep in my i think the limit is always increasing so the numbers may not be the most accurate.

"You are currently using 641 MB (24%) of your 2698 MB."

I've moved all my email over to gmail. actually, copied rather. all my mail is sent to fastmail, and I have a script there that redirects it to gmail. For the time being, I'm using the gmail web interface as my main email because I've found using google's search is very very helpful. That and direct UPS tracking links? hell yeah! heh.

My only gripe now is no true multiple profile support. Sending mail as a different email shows up as "yourgmailaddress sent on behalf of aliased address" in email clients... I dont' want ppl to start using my gmail account as the email address. And to add to that... signatures for each individual identity created.

I'm at 5% still w/ all my email. heh.

About 10%, but GMail is not my primary. I opened another GMail account recently, where my server sends database backups everyday. That's at 20something% now.

🙂

damn that's a lot of email! I only have about ~400 or so. I used to use gmail for file transfer before we set up some ftp.

Who needs Gmail... really? If you have that many emails - you probably don't want them all online anyways. Even my primary account probably only has one hundred megs of emails. If it's got a 10 meg attachment, I'm probably not going to keep it as an email anyways, it's likely been save to my drive.
