I'm in California and the NY Times here is expensive! The Sunday times cost $4.75. Is the NY Times this expensive as well in NY?

people still read the newspaper? I thought that's what web-enabled phones and alphanumeric pagers were for.

umm...guys, whether the NY Times is liberal or whatever is not what I'm concerned about. I just want to know how much it costs. 🙁

No. It's definitely not $4.75 here. Last time I bought it at the newstand here it was $3.00.

As far as I remember weekday Times cost 60c. Sunday times is more expensive cuz it comes with all that extra stuff. It's definitely not $4.75 though.

I think it might be $4.50. According to the site, to get it delivered is $4.65 a week for the first 8 weeks thats with 50% off. So normally it's $9.30 a week. I never knew the NY Times was so expensive.

No way it can be $4.50. To get saturday and sunday delivered it is I think $4.80 though, but still that seems high, too bad I do not know.

yes it's $4.75. I saw it at Star Bucks. The cover price for the Sunday NY Times was $4.75.

I'm not talking about subscription pricing.

LOL, yeah I'm trying to pricematch Star Bucks in California to Star Bucks in New York!

No, I just want to know how much Californians are being ripped off for the NY Times compared to New Yorkers.
