How much does it typically cost to transfer a title?

Going to transfer the title of my Stealth (currently in my mom's name) when I renew my plates this month. What's the typical fee for this?

# Corrected title is $15.00
# Speed service fee is $25.00 plus the applicable title fee.

Plastic, what do you mean? BTW, I ended up going with a Purdue plate anyways.

Aren't they plastic? All the ones I've ever seen, the lettering is the same height as the plate itself, i.e. it's not raised. I assumed they were plastic b/c of this.

It's a sort of reflective paint they use. Plates are actually a thin metal.
