Depends how you define 'decent'. If you're looking for low-end decent, you could get one for a couple hundred dollars...

What kind of keyboard are you looking for? Somethin with cheap drum kits and synthesizer sounds or just a straight up emulated piano? Go to Best Buy and mess with those, then find one you like online.
