How much do you weigh?

Just aproximately how much do you weigh? If you're embarrased to say, you can use the anonymous poll above.

I'll start out. I'm aprox 360lbs. Now guess how much of that is muscle. If you're unsure, you can ask the four idiots who tried to rob my house last week. I think one of them gets out of traction in a few months. Not sure about the rest. :Q😀😛

Edit: Oh yeah, might help if I added my height too. I'm 6 foot even.

Actually 1 of them is. The other three didn't quite get beat up enough to earn that honor. Too bad. I know one of them won't be typing anything on a keyboard for a VERY long time. He'll have to heal up his hands first. That is after the swelling goes down in his eyes.

If it weren't for the fact that they tried to beat me to death, I'd almost fell sorry for the first guy I blasted. Stepped into that swing like a mug. Folded him like a deck of cards. 🙂

A healthy way to gain weight is through weight training. Get on a training diet then go down to the gym and work out. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll do yourself good by putting on some extra muscle mass.
 
holy crap LR... that's a lot of muscle. they sure picked the wrong place to rob... 😀

and i'm 6'1 and 150lbs.. i want to gain, but it's so damn hard. maybe when i join up to a gym and go regularly i'll be able to get up to 170-ish.
