210, 5' 11".

Have shrunk a bit in height over the years, used to be 6'

Frigging inherited deteriorating disks, it's a common family thing and hurts a bit.

6'3. Weighed as much as like 240 when I was in like 7th or 8th grade and was probably about 6' even. Dropped to 200ish in high school, low of 185 when I went through Army BCT, then back up 225ish at some point. Have lost a lot and currently have no idea. 36" pants are loose on me for the first time in my life.

Put 200 on poll.

237 pounds and lowering every day a bit. The goal is to drop to 202 pounds. Then i can start regaining muscle mass, to end at 210 pounds.
I am 6'3. I thought 6'4 but made an error. I am a manlet now. :|:\

Used to weigh about 270, but that was when I was squatting 450/deadlifting 500/benching 280.

This was last May.

At the moment, I'm 200 and trying to cut down to 185. After that, I'm hoping muscle memory will let me get back to 75% of my original strength fairly quickly with minimal fat gain.

However, what's infuriating is that I'm stalled on weight loss, and can't seem to get below 200 at all.

It's weird how much we all probably resemble each other quite a bit. Probably mostly in the 6'-6'4 range (taller than average) and completely avoiding average male weights, instead being either a silly-skinny 140-150 or mildly chunky 200-220.

Our generation of internet nerds follows odd trends that don't seem like they have any reason to be related.
