5'9 and about 120lbs... and yes I am a guy... I just have a really fast metabolism and I am very active so everything I eat burns away quickly (and I eat quite a bit for my size)

BTW 200lbs at 5'10", I am a damn lard azz and I work on a farm 4 to 5 hours on week days and 8 hours on weekends
go figure.

I've sat on my ass for the past 4 years, since sophomore year of high school... eating McDonalds 2-3 times a week, mid-afternoon snacks, late night snacks, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera... and I've gained 10 pounds. I'm dreading the day my metabolism slows down.

How old are you and what is your typical diet?

17 and I usually go about like this.

Breakfast - nice big bowl of cereal
Lunch - Today I had a ham sandwidch, some pepperonni sticks, and a Mt. Dew (thats pretty typical for me)
Dinner - Usually chicken or fish with a couple of vegetable dishes or fruit or something

Then I usually have a few snacks during the day like ice cream, hot pockets or something like that.

And I lift weights a few times a week and have a huge protein drink right after I am done. But still thin....
