I really think shoes cost WAY too much... I mean I usually end up spending atleast $80 and i still feel horrible after I buy the shoe cause I ACTUALLY wanted the shoes that were $119.99, but just didn't feel like paying that much :|

$30-40

Sports athority bargain bin

dont matter since nike seems to be unable to make a non gettho style shoe in the last 5 years

I rarely spend more than eighteen bucks for a pair of shoes, and I always love em. I buy Wally World shoes 🙂

Hey, I spend 18 bucks on a pair of shoes that are super comfortable, and look pretty darn good (if I do say so myself.....and I do!) and Ill wear for 2+ years? Yeah, I think thats a good investment.

What kind of shoes? Like dressy shoes or every day shoes? For every day shoes I find a pair of Vans for like $20 (Kohl's!). For dress shoes.. well I don't have any dress shoes. 😛 What the hell kind of shoes cost $80? Or $120? :Q

I probably average around $70, with a standard deviation of about $10.

It's hard to buy shoes when you wear a size 13, but have a "B" width foot. 🙁

My feet are like snow skis.

Either $20-@25 at Target or I get a 'real' pair of New Balance for about $70. I have a 12 EEEE size.... and New Balance is the only 'major' brand that I know of that carries a large amount of shoe styles in that size.

~$30 on a comfortable pair of running shoes that get abused as walking, running, court, and everyday shoes. My average wear on them is about 10 months. Not bad, not great. 😕

I nevr try to go over 50 bucks. Unless my wife deems I need a new pair of Doc Martins. Those usally run me about 130 or so.

for casual / sports wear, i'll pay $40 or $50.

for dress, I won't buy anything but Comfortech's from Florsheim. $100.00 a pop but worth every penny. they are incredibly comfortable.

Doc Martins are actually worth it... They last for freakin ever 😀

As little as mrs. skoorb will let me get away with. Probably $70 give or take a bit. I make sure that my shoes last a good couple of years.

Herman Survivor leather boots...50bux...1 pair lasts me at least a year...good snow traction...light enough for summer...

yeah i know im a hick...

I wait until the Foot Locker's friends and family sale (as announced in Hot Deals) 3 or 4 times a year and buy their clearanced shoes for an additional 30% off. I usually get shoes that were selling last year for $80-90 for less than $30.
