How much do you tip moderators at forums

I usually try to send a few bucks for server costs etc at forums a frequent. Not to mention the time donation, aka neffing. So how much do you guys tip?

Sorry, the tipping threads are getting out of hand.

it's actually a conspiracy. the mods create parody threads to bait others to follow along and then ban all of them at once
