How much do you sleep?

Usually 4-5 hours per night. I'm doing good if I sleep more than 3 hours at a time...then get up and move around for a while...then get another couple of hours of sleep before I finally say "Fuck it" and get up. With a bit of luck, I get a short nap during the day...but that's not very common.

If the first 4 hours are the ones where your awake but just can't fall asleep, and finally you fall asleep and then you sleep well until the evil alarm clock tolls ... Maybe look into trying some Melatonin? Might not help, but, it might make a big difference for you. (I don't usually anxiety too much, but, I have a fvcked up internal clock ... always tired in the morning and never at night, but, I have to be awake by 8am...)

I tried Melatonin when I worked that night shift.

In fact I think 2 years in a factory is what screwed up my sleep cycle and it never fully recovered.
