Do you go to a barber shop? salon?

how much do you pay? how often do you go.

I go every 3 weeks and its $20.

$0, ever since I spent $20 on a clipper about three years ago. Usually cut it every other weekend. I can do it myself if need be, usually the gf does it. I use a #3.

I usually go about every month or so and pay $15, its gone up a lot in the past year.

Nothing... I cut my own hair with the #1 attachment all around. I do it when I feel I need a cut... could be as soon as 2 weeks or as late as 2 months. The hair clipper cost me <$30.

every 3-4 weeks, stand out on the patio and buzz it off
free - cost of equip, which was about the cost of a single salon haircut

My ex used to style my hair and shit. Now I just got a razor and shave my head every 2-4 weeks. I didn't pay for a haircut in 8 years. Don't really want to start now.

Thank GAWD!! We haven't had one of these threads in...what? A month?

I was beginning to wonder if everyone was going hippie on us here...😛

Just buy a Flow-Bee and save yourself tons of money...

I just get them to go over my whole head with a #8. It's like $13 every few months. I could just use the Flow-bee we have here, but I like how they trim around my ears and the back of my neck. And I'd somehow find a way to fuck it up if I did it myself.

Anywhere between $15 - $100....

Depending on how long I go without a hair cut and whether it's more of a trim than a cut.

I do mine myself:

1. Pair of clippers w 1/16" ext., about $25
2. shave hair 1-2 times/week
3. Clippers last 6mos to a year
4. Haircuts cost next to nothing

$19 once every 4 weeks. I tip her $4 and she gets an extra $20 at Christmastime.

Oh, and it's a salon. When I moved out to this rural area 32 years ago, there was no barber in the area. Now it's semi-rural, there is a barber and I could undoubtedly get it done cheaper, but the salon has women working in it!
