How much do you pay for internet?

No, you won't be able to pay any less if you call, most likely.

Maybe, maybe not. I do have the cheaper option with AT&T DSL but the max speed I can get is 3/1. And since 95% of my TV watching is done through internet streaming, that's a poor choice. So realistically, even if Charter charged me $100 a month, I have to bend over and take it.

700 rupees for 5 GB data. Advertised speed 3.1 mbps, real speed between 50 kbps to 1.5mbps depending on signal strength.

About $150/month for voice/Internet/TV.

Internet speed is about 25 Mbps download, 6 Mbps upload. I have NEVER seen that speed bump from Comcrap everyone talks about. I guess it was only for Denver. I even asked and the guy said did you reset your modem and I did.

I live in a mid size city in the Southern part US and I was paying $20 for 6 Mb for naked DSL (no phone) but the price went up to $36 recently. Just upgrade to U verse 12 Mb for $40 a month.

$76.95 per month for 50/10.

This is Comcast's Blast! tier, which is 50/10 here in northern Colorado. I get dinged something like an extra $10 per month because I don't subscribe to any other Comcast services.

$50/ month 15/5 Mbps FIOS internet bundled with phone ... soon to be upgraded to 15/15 for free. I am guessing there will be a rate increase shortly thereafter
There was ~20% increase about 1 year ago

Massive variety depending on speed vs availability vs redundancy:

e.g. (all $ in local USD equivalent)

Shared 100Mb at a colo: ~$16K/yr along with some complicated billing system for how much I burst or something like that

100Mb (~80D ~10U IRL) fiber at apartment 1: ~$1200/yr includes TV & phone

2x load-balanced 100Mb (about the same I think) fiber at apartment 2: ~$1200/yr includes phone (excludes router)

'business lite' 100Mb at office 2: ~$900/yr (usually way slower than that but I don't care)

200Mb 1:1 contention fiber at home 1 (>190U/D): ~$25K/yr

etc

$37.50/month w/ tax for 100/100 via http://webpass.net/
