How much do those storage units usually run?

Too lazy to call at the moment, just curious how much a small storage unit typically runs...

Are we talking $30-50/mo?

My boss owns a couple storage units here in Minnesota and his minimum is $50/mo I believe for a 4x6 foot unit. Ridiculous I think, but he's always got a waiting list. People have too much junk.

A 10x25 was $80 a month for me in IA. Environmentally controlled 10x10 was about $90.

I have a 10x10 for $69/mo. It was $65/mo. when I moved (my stuff) in. Garage door type entrance. Maybe 9ft high. Not climate controlled.

Be aware that, at least for the non-climate controlled units, your stuff may get wrecked by humidity & overrun by bugs and dust/dirt.:thumbsdown:

5 x 5 = $70/mo
5 x 10 = $85/mo

if it is stuff you aren't going to use for 6 months and it isn't unique, consider selling the stuff and buy new stuff later when you have the space


it is like an upgrade
