Hmm this could be a pretty serious money making scheme for AT. People could donate to ban or unban certain members. When the fund reaches a certain amount that action is taken. Could be fairly easy to automate that with Paypal's API too.

My parents collected S&H greenstamps back in the 70s. They also shopped at Finger Hut!
