I tried to give away FREE a viewsonic 17" CRT, no one was willing to pay for the gas to come pick it up.
CRTs have negative resale value at this point.

$25 shipped!
I can buy them for $25 each. Would people buy them for $40-$50 shipped?
It would cost more to ship them than you paid for them.
I would seriously steer clear, they're too big/bulky & far too low value to be worth messing with.

Yea, thats what I was thinking. Even if I sold them at $50 shipped. I would only be making about $10 each.

get a time machine and you're set.
That would sweeten the deal. 1989 here I come!
More like 1996. My MagInnovision 17" was $680.
It's still working.
If you paid 680 in 96, image how much someone would pay in 89.

I'm happy with my 19" CRT but wouldn't pay for one to be shipped here. It would be nice to buy LCD's but I have a life and bills and can't afford to drop $400 to replace my CRT.
