How much core voltage is too much for a Thunderbird AXIA?

I have had a 1GHz AXIA kicking around the last year or so running 1400MHz at 1.88v. Gave my wife my AYJHA K Thunderbird to run on her DFI AK76-SN because it will hit 1466MHz at 1.85v, which is max for her board. The AXIA went on my Epox 8K7A for extreme core voltage abuse. It is running rock stable at 1503MHz 2.09v, full load under Prime95 is 46c. I don't expect to keep this cpu forever, but am I in danger of wearing it out in a few months? Another member here ran one at similar speeds and voltage with water cooling and it died after four months. Is 2.09v gonna critically shorten the life span? I know of course that any overclocking with extra core voltage will shorten the normal life of any cpu, but usually we are talking about 5 years of running 24/7 to 3 or 4 years, much longer than any of us keep a cpu anyway. What kind of experiences have you guys had with socket A and 2.0v+ overclocks?
