For migraines, well hell, I really don't get migraines but I know someone who does...

The normally take 2xSudafed (if it's the normal stuff, 1xif it's the PE) since the migrain might have something to do with allergies. I have no idea if the sudafed actually does something, but thats what she takes. Also, if you really want to kill the pain, 3xIbuprofen should really do the job but for migrains its hard to get rid of the pain.

I get terrible migraines... so bad that they (9 times out of 10) wake me up from bed in the mornings. I went through a bunch of drugs that never helped because you had to take them at the "first sign of a migraine," which obviously I couldn't do because I'd wake up with my head throbbing and me about to puke my guts out. They gave me this new one which I can't remember what it's called, but I just pop two of those, put a cold compress on my head, and go back to sleep. The trick is as long as I'm able to fall asleep again, doesn't matter how LONG I fall asleep for, just so long as I fall asleep, I'll wake up migraine-free (or to a considerably lesser degree at least).

It's great, but it's still not worth the terrible pain of waking up to one.
