currently, my CC's combined to around $5000 :D moving into a new house cost much more money than I thought. But my checking account has the fundings to pay it off. I owe nothing :)

I just mailed my $45 payoff to Mastercard today. Then I went to Newegg and charged $72.99 tonight. That's the extent of my CC debt.

Tell me about it. Something kind of sucky about spending money on a fridge and washer and dryer when you're used to spending such sums on fun things like tvs and computers:)

Way too much, but I'm working on it.

I won't say exactly how much, but it's over $10K.

About 1/3 of it or so is due to medical bills.

I'm currently working 2 full time jobs to pay it off, between that & cashing out my 401k it should be to much more reasonable levels by late June/early July.

On the bright side when I do get it paid off I should have excellent credit - 21 years old, no missed or late payments, & one of my cards has a $12K limit. I'll probably close all but that & my BestBuy card, & in 6 months or so try to get a limit increase on the $12K card. I'd like to have a $15K limit, but we'll see.

$0.

Never spend more then I have and pay off in full each month. I'd much rather sit at home and stare at the wall on a weekend then get myself into debt.

If you are in debt because of an emergency like losing a job or having your car blow up, that is fine by me. If you are in debt because you cant control your spending, then you are a moron.

None. I did have some after getting out of college, but I paid it off promptly. I do not carry a balance from month to month.

Someting over $7k for me. There were a number of unexpected expenses that happened all at the same time about a year ago that pushed that to $10k. I wasn't happy that everything had to happen all at once, but hey that's life and you gotta deal with it. So now I'm working a full-time job and going to school part-time and paying it down every month and not putting a single penny on any of my cards until I get it all paid off.

$2100 combined.

$1300 for a new digital camera (have the funds, just need to figure out the best way to access it)
$200 from Amazon for an order that was mistakenly shipped

so that leaves about $600. I could pay it off if I scraped around, but pay $200/month so it should be paid off by July.

Basically around 12,000. It'll be back down around 8,500 once I pay off one of my daily use cards in the next couple days. The 8,500 is on a couple 0% interest cards.

Right at this VERY moment? About $6,500. Went on a little spending spree this month.
