Before I've been going out of town on all these business trips, right around 300lbs x 4. 5'10, 180. (Now about 12-15lbs less)
I goto the gym 6 days a week, doing bi/tri monday, cardio tuesday, shoulder back wed, cardio thurs and fri, and chest and everything else a little bit on saturday. i stopped doing legs after awhile, and i bench 225 (not max)..
just because i don't do legs doesnt mean i dont know what to do with a set of weights.
