Nothing but bar and weights

Age: 18 years old
Weight: 124lbs @ 5'10 (skinny, yes :))

I can do 5 reps with 150lbs, which is on my third set. I do 8 reps @ 135, 6 reps @145. I weigh 161 lbs, and am 5'11" 20 years old

I havent tried my max yet. Too scared that the weights are gonna cave in :p

I don't know now because I am out of shape after a year of college. When I was 18, 6'2" 193 lbs. I could do 225 lbs, and I only have half a chest.

You mean once or per set of reps? I usually do around 160 in three sets of 10, but I can do 250 once. (I want to stress ONCE!! :) ) I'm 6'4" 215lbs.

Most I ever estimated I could do was 260-265 at peak . Most I've ever actually done was 240 for 2 reps but that was not at my peak. Right now I'd say that for one rep I could do 240 ish.

When someone says "how much can you bench" I think of it in terms of my max. Meaning one rep.

actually, when i ask other people how much they can bench press i'm referring to how much they work out with, ie: sets of 8-10 reps.

I always refer to "how much do you bench" as one rep with free weights down to chest and back up without bouncing off rip cage - a proper one rep max.

To me, that's harder to give an answer to. My workout changes everyweek. Different weights and reps.

What may be interesting is to have all the weightlifters here see how many times they can do their bodyweight. I think Ricky Williams at the combine maybe did 225 something like 25 times. Now that's impressive. ;)
