I started working out about 6-7 months ago; I typically did about 90-95 max. I think I've reached about 135 since then.

I'm about 6' 1" , 160-163 on a good day (hasn't changed for years either....)

typical would be the bar alone = 45lbs. maybe add on a pair of 10's or 5's. pair of 45's would be a good sign for most anyone i think.

i don't bench in my typical workout. usually just because friends want to. gotta do the man thing ya know.

Typical person around 65 pounds "bar + 2 10's a side". And they never push it straight either, especially on incline...the bar wobbles all over the place.

i was about 19-20 and i started bench pressing for the first time since my jr year in high school... i was super weak, i couldn't do a set of 10 90 pound reps(barbell 25s on each side) ... i was 150lbs and 5'8
