I saw an ad for these somewhere and they seem like a convient way to get my favorite stimulant, but my only question is how much caffeine is actualy in a can. I've searched online and can't seem to find anything. Does anybody know?

My guess is approximately 2 shots of espresso's worth - about 100mg or so.
that was my guess too, but they are 6.5 ounce cans. I've heard that they still taste pretty bitter and 4 ounces of cream would definetly take some of the bitterness away

Two shots only has 100mg? :Q I don't think so.. Isn't a normal cup of coffee supposed to have 100 - 120mg? And isn't 1 shot supposed to = about 1 cup?

lol.. I've had them a few times, they're pretty good.. not too bitter.

i think the reason is cuz your not getting a cup full of nothing but 2 giant expresso shots. the point of expresso shots is to have ultra concentrated coffee that you can dilute with milk and stuff. kinda like milk coffee.

you can easily get a ton of caffine just by ordering a venti coffee. i'm not sure about the mg of caffine, but its easily a bunch of cups in there. $1.65 here.

or a quadrouple shot of espresso
but that's not too easy to throw in your backpack now is it?

Nope. The darker the roast, the less caffeine in the coffee.
Strength != caffeine content
1 shot espresso has about 50mg
1 cup drip coffee would be 100-150mg

what does starbucks charge for expresso shots again? quad would be expensive if a shot were atleast 70 cents:) if you've ever watched the expresso machine, not much comes out:p most of the time i figure its not worth it.

expresso coffee drink = high % milk(steamed)
normal coffee = low % milk so u need to use cream.

thats about it:) and the extra buck or two for the expresso:p

Starbucks is too expensive ...

Just get a giant 7-11 sized Coffee for like a buck ... and it will have like 300mg of caffeine.

Best caffeine / drink value at starbucks is a venti iced americano
They come with 4 shots. I get an extra, plus sometimes if its a nice barista they'll give me the 6th too.

WHOOO!!! :p

only if you get a prepared drink. plain coffee comes in a nicer cup, a better tight lid, nicer straw, has a heat shield, choice of real cream and all the other crud you can sprinkle into your coffee. not to mention it doesn't taste like @ss:) 1.55 grande, 1.65 venti, its not all that much:p
