With my old isp I used 3+ gigs a day most days, but now I only do about 50-700 mbs. I only have 1.5 mbit now instead of 2.5 mbit so its slower.

I just recently switched to DSL with no bandwidth limit. I now use on average 7gb combined upload/download per day. I imagine I would use a lot more if my ISP had good newsgroup support.
