How much are you paying for Comcast a month?

Cable + HSI + DVR + Addl. HD Box = 150 bucks a month. Friggin' ridiculous prices... unfortunately no DSL offerings are in the area to bring the cost down.

How much are you guys paying the antichrist?

No DSL in my area either, and heck no on Comcast's prices, so dial-up still for now. If we were to get Comcast, just the high-speed would be $60.

Like $20 or something ridiculously low. I got like, one of the ABSOLUTE LAST Suscom contracts before it was cut-over to Comcast.... Normal Comcast rates take effect at the end of the promo period, though (at which point, I go to HSI only)

$157

2 HDDVRS, 1 HD cable box, HSI, HBO and Stars.

It's highway robbery when I used to get more from Charter cable for $50 less.

BTW: I talked to one of their sales reps who mentioned that they would start offering the Tivo interface for $10 more a month PER FREAKIN BOX!

$74.75 for HSI and Digital Cable. I got in on the Dish buy-back plus the $100 rebate from comcastoffers.com.

$128 per month for HSI, 1 x HD Converter @ 1 x standard converter. The only premium channel I have is HBO & I also have the speed-boost internet connection.

Will be paying $152 when my 6 month promo ends for Premium Cable (w/HD) + HSI+ HD-PVR (Moto DCT6412). :frown:

Right now paying about $95.

That includes Gold Tier HSI and an HD-DVR with HBO.

Do you work for them or something.

My family pays ~$80 for HSI and Digital Cable but our HSI has about 75% uptime daily (yes, it might even be lower). I can't get DSL even though I live in a good and saturated neighborhood (something about fiber optic backbone and not the copper needed for DSL).

I can't wait for FIOS, I will dump Comcast and hopefully never look back.

when i was shopping for apartments last weekend, i made sure to give the places that include HSI and Cable about a $100 credit (in my head)..it was in Atlanta, a Comcast area..now I see that that was on the conservative side! my rent includes HSI & Cable (not sure what the package is though)

I wish I could just pay the difference in price between 'basic' and 'HD' because I never watch anything non-HD and hell we only have like 10 HD stations. So basically I pay them some ridiculous sum to get ESPN HD/Discovery HD/TNT HD/INHD 1+2/and all of my local channels that I could pull OTA. THAT is the definition of highway robbery.
