How much a PO box cost? Requirements?

I'm going to use a PO box and Prepaid Cell Phone and Prepaid Visa CC
Do this a few times with the same bank account.

every location will be different. You're best bet is to walk up to the branch you want to have a PO box, and ask them.

since i live in the country in a really small town (maybe 200 people) we have to get a PO box.

i pay $32 a year for middle size (the smallest wont fit some envolops so they try not to let people get those).
