how Messed up is comcast@home?

The service finnaly became available in my area january. so I signed up. So far they have been out here 4x "fixing" it. been in my house twice, outside twice and always find new problems. they even replaced my modem which isnt the problem. Tommorow they will come out for the 5th time. WTF is up with this?
 
how dificult is it to get it working right for comcast? if it dosent work thhey why are they signing on customers here?
 
Had my 5th visit today, he took the wrong power supply so now my router is powerless. lol. someone is comming out for the 6th time to "fix" it outside. Also got my 3rd modem. This time is a Motorola Surfboard. Got to keep the USB cable and the box and another network cable. ill be online in no time!
