Four... Opera (four tabs), a Trillian AIM chat window, and two BitTorrent downloads (Queer Eye season 2 episode 7 and Naruto 81).

Also, running in the tray are Winamp 5.02, the Streamripper plugin, and Trillian.
 
I have my window open. I have only 1 window in my room though. Also, the fan is on the window sill blowing into my room. It's kinda warm out still.
