How many watts does using CnQ save? How much heat?

My motherboard had an issue, so I need to go to an older BIOS to make my computer not freeze. Unfortunately, CnQ doesn't work on that version, and I am a real CnQ nut, so I miss it. I'm running a 3800+ X2 @ 2.4GHz btw, stock voltage

I have been curious - how many overall watts does the drop from 1.35v (or 1.4v) to 1.1v actually save?

I would really like to calculate the difference at idle, as I leave my machine on 24/7 downloading/hosting torrents, and I would like to know how much of a real power consumption change there is over time.

Also, many people forget that the extra heat is a factor as well. More heat output = more power consumed if a change in cooling the room is made, that or its just hotter in the room (though my girlfriend's Gecko seems not to mind it). Is there a way that the heat output could be determined as well?

Cliff Notes:

How much power (in watts) does using CnQ save at idle?

How much less heat is output?

I don't have any numbers handy to address your first question. But to the second, the difference in power used will be identical to the difference in heat output. All real power consumed by a computer ends up as heat eventually.
