Finally went out and bought a 7-port USB 2.0 hub because I was tired of ducking under my desk to switch cables :p

1. Memory card reader
2. Scanner
3. USB wireless network "card"
4. 6x8 Wacom Graphire
5. external USB HDD (only used occasionally)
6. HP Laser printer
7. USB thumb drive (not always plugged in)
8. gamepad (for emulators)
9. USB hub

I'd have another printer on here, but I don't have anywhere to go with it :D

Sounds like you need a new motherboard and monitor. Get a new board that will have 6 usb's built in with headers for another 4. Then you get a monitor with a 4-usb hub and card reader built in.

I'll build a new PC once I've been working for a while at my new job. This'll do for now.

I have 3 on my computer.

1 for the mouse
Occasional plug in of the MP3 player or my USB flash drive.
Maybe my headset when I use that.

I have an external hdd, but I went with firewire with that.
